Base build includes anything that is in common areas of the building. The Strata is able to assist with any queries on what they cover under base build servicing and rectification. Banhams WA recommend reaching out to your Strata for these queries. Base Build can include hallways, carparks, common area kitchens.

Banhams WA complete commercial work for Strata’s and businesses. Completing work on apartments and tenancies organised through Strata organisations.

Service times can vary depending on the asset type. These can be monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly and yearly. Your Banhams WA Account Managers will be able to provide you with site and asset specific information on service times.

Annual testing is a longer and more complex testing process. The Banhams WA Account Manager will be in touch to notify you of your upcoming annual test of your Fire/Electrical/Passive/Plumbing assets at least 4 -5 weeks in advance along with a notice to share with any tenants that can be distributed. From here, based upon the site size and assets being tested will determine the time the technicians spend on site.

Banhams WA office hours are from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, our technicians working hours are from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
